Final Destination Bloodlines Review

 

So we went and saw Final Destination Bloodlines in the prerelease. We had a great time there. They gave away free merch and in return of course we promote it ...but i always give honest reviews on the movie soooo....here is my honest review.

This one was an interesting take on the franchise. It has nothing to do with any of the people previously on the other movies...however it also has everything to do with them. They are the entire reason the main girl in the movie figures it all out...well that and grandma but that's the whole new story in this. It starts out like every final destination and gives us the flashback before the actual event happens. We have a twist though because it really honestly leads you to believe it isn't a flash back at first but we find out that ...well grandma was just like the other main protagonists but she isn't our main hero in this story...its the granddaughter. She has a way of not having the premonitions but feeling and seeing deaths design. That was a pretty cool thing to see and she was able to see things of the past with her grandmother. We also get to see Tony Todd who unscripted got to say goodbye to all of us. We love you always and rest in peace my guy!

So lets get into our thoughts. We loved this movie. Though it might not be super scary it is suspenseful and makes your heart jump and your butt at the edge of the seat.  It has twists and turns and some funny as hell moments as well. It had some gore of course but it wasn't too bad. It was pretty tasteful ho
nestly...as tasteful as blood and gore can be . It also had quite a plot and honestly step mom gives me life lol.

So on a scale from our stand point we give it a 8/10 all around for good thrills, chills, and suspense. The horror come through the suspense of it all. 

We recommend you going to see it if you are a fan of the franchise and even if you aren't we think you will enjoy it but honestly at least watch the first movie before you see this and get a feel for what it is all about. !!
