Final Destination Bloodlines Review

 

So we went and saw Final Destination Bloodlines in the prerelease. This one was an interesting take on the franchise. It has nothing to do with any of the people previously on the other movies...however it also has everything to do with them. They are the entire reason the main girl in the movie figures it all out...well that and grandma but that's the whole new story in this. It starts out like every final destination and gives us the flashback before the actual event happens. We have a twist though because it really honestly leads you to believe it isn't a flash back at first but we find out that ...well grandma was just like the other main protagonists but she isn't our main hero in this story...its the granddaughter. She has a way of not having the premonitions but feeling and seeing deaths design. That was a pretty cool thing to see and she was able to see things of the past with her grandmother. We also get to see Tony Todd who unscripted got to say goodbye to all of us. We love you always and rest in peace my guy!

So lets get into our thoughts. We loved this movie. Though it might not be super scary it is suspenseful and makes your heart jump and your butt at the edge of the seat.  It has twists and turns and some funny as hell moments as well. It had some gore of course but it wasn't too bad. It was pretty tasteful ho
nestly...as tasteful as blood and gore can be . It also had quite a plot and honestly step mom gives me life lol.

So on a scale from our stand point we give it a 8/10 all around for good thrills, chills, and suspense. The horror come through the suspense of it all. 

We recommend you going to see it if you are a fan opf the franchise and even if you aren't we think you will enjoy it but honestly at least watch the first movie before you see this and get a feel for what it is all about. !!

The Monkey 2025

So this was surprisingly amusing...I'm starting with that lol. Let's recap real quick!!

OK nowwww let's talk !! I actually am happy with this movie. So unexpectedly it turned out to be more of a thriller suspense/comedy. This was a huge cluster f*** of a movie. It is chaos from start to finish. There are some shock gory parts but not enough to be hosted out if you are squeamish. It had some parts that were kind of jumpscares here and there. Then Theo James plays both brothers and it was great. He was able to play polar opposites and yet still keep the brothers relatable to each other. The short story was good and the movie was a great interpretation of it. I recommend both. Please read it and watch it. 

The ending was actually pretty good and ended in a kind of ironic and funny yet...brain teasing way. 

I rate it 8 out of 10 for fun, entertaining. Suspe se, thrills, and just all around amazing dark humor without having to put sex scenes in it, Or extreme shock value, and or grotesque moments. Thank you Neon you have brought long legs which I enjoyed and loved it leaving me thinking and now this film that is so dark humor enjoyable. Now I am going to go see what all Neon has produced and check them out.

The Front Room Movie Review

 

I watched the new release of the Horror Movie The Front Room. Synopsis is int he photo ! Ill break it down in a bit of a longer explination and how i felt about the movie !

So the plot gets a 5/10 I actually enjoyed the plot and or story of this movie. The problem was i feel it relied on gross factors for its " scary" and or "hprrpr" aspects. Bodily fluids a..l...o...t....of bodily fluid stuff..I also feel like it was kinda an unfinished storyline but it was still pretty good.

The more thourough explaination is...

A pregnant couple are living int heir new home and getting ready for their baby to come into this world. Everything seems to be going well and the couple are such a cute and sweet couple. The father/husband however has a bit of a dark past that soon the wife/momma soon comes to find out alot of things the husband had been hiding. His father passes away and his step mother ( we find out later was an abusive step parent and a christian who speaks in tongue and seems more like a cultist then just your normall good ol Christian) is redoing her will and asked them to come in and talk to her and their lawyer. They go up there and the stepmom says hey ill give you every single bit of the money i own , i will buy you new furniture, i will do this and that if you let me live with you and live out my days with family. The husband was like Hell no but the wife ( not knowing half of the reason wjhy the husband didnt want to say yes) convinced him to take the money and let her move in. Eventually they do and ...lets just say from the second she moved in things went terribly wrong. She starts taking over the house little by little, starts driving the wife crazy on purpose, starts taking advantage of the husband yet again, after the baby is born she starts acting wierder as if she is trying to be everyones mother....but in the sickest ways possible. All of this causes the Wife to go absolutely nuts....and i dont fkn blame her.

Scare Factor 2/10 I give it a 2 for the very few jumpscares and some people say that the gross factor ( bodily fluids) is horror so ill add that in there. Other than that there was nothing horror about this movie howeverrrrrrrrrr i will say it was a very suspensful movie and i personally would label it that.

Ending it had a 6/10 Ending.

It was very predictable and even the big twist in the movie was predictable. The twist though was good i actually applauded at the ending!!

Acting in the movie 8/10 sometimes i feel like Brandy Norwood ( Brandi back in my day)  is trying a little to hard to be that loving seductive voiced wife, but then i am like....hold up she just is that way because it looks so natural . I love her acting though, she is a breath of fresh air to be honest and what a gorgeous front leading lady am i right? The husband was actually a great actor as well and the step mother......well holy shnickeys she was very convincing to say the least. 

Overall i will give it a 6/10 and i do suggest watching it once i mean whats the harm anyways it free ya know...well if you have the streaming service Which btw is Max . So ya i do suggest maybe give it a watch in the least i dont feel like you will be bored during it.

 

The Terrifier 3 review

 We went and saw the Terrifier 3 and let me just say ...holy shnikeys we were happy. I mean if you are into Gory goodness, slasher heaven, funny dark comedy, and intense fight scenes.....not to mention Shock Value, sharp objects objectifying a certain someone lol, awesome bad special fx , and an actual pretty good growing stor.... you will fn love this.

I can't tell you how much i enjoyed this movie. I know i know its alot to watch but i enjoy every inch of it and the story is so good. I enjoy the character developement. It goes fromthe first one where Art was Human then we see at the end he is killed and reborn as a demon and then at the end of 2 we know its not over. In 3 art is not alone he has Vicky. Sienna and Jonathan are back of course and this time we get more of the rest of her family. Her aunt and uncle and neice. This one is interesting and I love how they are going about developing the story. It is a slow burn that slaps you in the face and I am HERE FOR IT!!!

We find more and more and more about Art and Why he is the way he is and doesn't talk. Why Vicky is there, and why he doesn't kill her. We find out why he want to "kill" Sienna so bad and we see of course a demon spreading his ART everywhere.

Everyone said that the Shower Scene is the most brutal thing they have seen from him yet but they failed to remember the bedroom scene in 2 , the upside down crotch kill in 1, and the rats in 3. and i can think of a few more that seemed more Brutal. Also do notice the change in his face from 1 to 2 to 3. Its pretty cool how it has transformed.

I have theories for what is going to happen next but we will get to that in a later post. Anyways i do suggest going to see if you are into the things i said previously. 

Mickeys Not so Scary Haloween Party 2024

WELLLLLLLLL

I cant wait to talk about this one. I will get all the bad out of the way before i move forward to something else. I can't stand bad things to say about Disney but their are a few bad eggs no matter where you go. 

Here it was .....well it is pretty much the same exact show in its entirely. I saw the same skits last time i went.

That was it...that was the only bad thing. I had so much fun here. I love the shows even thought they were the same . I loved the parades even though they were the same , i loved the fireworks even though it was kind of the same something seemed different but i am unsure what it was. All of them still brought me joy and i would watch all the time if i could. They place is always decorated in the cutest spooky way and i love seeing the characters dress up for Haloween. My favorite thing about it is it is centered around the villains which i just so happen to love most of the villains. 

They had the teddy from Nightmare before Christmas popcorn buckets ( sadly they were sold out before i could get one. I ended up with the mickey and im not mad about that. ) I loved the Winifred Minnie mouse sipper even though i didn't get one. I did however go to eat at Be our Guest Resturant and i am so flippin happy with that place. They put us in the West wing and oh my god it was so cute ( videos coming soon ). They had the picture that changed from slashed Adam to slashed Beast, the Rose and Beast come and visits you in there as well. It has a cool thunder and lightening show in there as well. Here is a tip watch the picture at the big thunder and lightning and you will see a change in his face. Anyways the food was so good and tasty. OH MY GOD beautifully put together and we got some beautiful chalices that lit up. It was so perfect. Very pricey but hey its vacation. Then i went and rode Tron Legacy ride and that was so fun and unexpectedly thrilling for a disney ride. I didnt get to ride  the Tiana ride but i saw it and it looked so cute and pretty fun too. That night felt magical and just erased every bad moment i have eer had there previously. Mikey and i  were just in such bliss the whole time.
